Golf Tournament Registration for Nonprofits

Foursomes, single golfers, hole sponsors and donations in one registration page, so your outing raises more and your volunteers chase less.

Set Up Your Tournament Free

Foursomes and single golfers

  • Sell a foursome as one purchase that includes four players
  • Sell single spots alongside it and pair singles yourself
  • Ask each player what you need, such as handicap or shirt size
  • Cap the field so you never sell more spots than the course has

Hole and title sponsors

  • Sponsor levels with a fixed count, such as 18 hole sponsors and one title sponsor
  • Bundle a foursome into a sponsorship so the sponsor's team registers in the same checkout
  • Sponsors upload their logo and answer your questions when they buy
  • Businesses can ask for an invoice and pay by check

Donations and honest receipts

  • Golfers and supporters who can't play can give in the same checkout
  • Set the fair market value of a round and the receipt states it, so donors know what is deductible
  • Let golfers cover the processing fee
  • Early-bird pricing that switches over on the date you set

Tournament morning

  • Check players in from a phone at the registration table
  • Print name tags for every golfer
  • Take walk-up registrations on the day
  • Email every golfer the start time and course details in one message

Questions organizers ask

Can a sponsor's foursome register in the same checkout?

Yes. A sponsorship level can include registrations, so a title sponsor who gets a foursome enters the four players' names in the same checkout and the spots come out of your field count.

Do my golfers end up on someone else's marketing list?

No. Your registration page shows your tournament and nothing else, and your golfers hear from you, not from us about other events.

Can a business pay by check?

Yes. Turn on invoicing for a ticket or sponsor level and the buyer can choose to be invoiced. You record the payment when the check arrives.

How long does setup take?

Most organizers have a page live the same day. You create the event, add a foursome and a single-golfer ticket, add your sponsor levels, and share the link.
